Sundara Super Speciality Care
Effective Date: 25 November 2026

1. Purpose

Sundara Super Speciality Care is committed to managing personal data responsibly. This Policy explains how individuals may request deletion of personal data collected through our website, appointment forms, inquiry forms, email, telephone, and WhatsApp communications.

2. Information Covered

This Policy applies to personal information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment requests, inquiry messages, and other personal data collected through our digital communication channels.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of personal data by emailing contact@sundarasuperspecialitycare.com.

Please include:

  • Your name.

  • The phone number or email address associated with your inquiry, where applicable.

  • A description of the information you want deleted.

  • Any additional details reasonably needed to locate your records.

Please do not include unnecessary medical information or identity documents in your request.

You may also contact us at +91 82960 77660 for guidance on submitting a request.

4. Verification of Requests

We may verify your identity or authority before processing a deletion request. This helps prevent unauthorized persons from deleting or accessing someone else’s information.

Where a parent, guardian, or authorized representative submits a request, we may request reasonable evidence of their authority, subject to applicable law.

5. Processing and Exceptions

We will assess and process eligible deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and the legal provisions in force.

Personal data may need to be retained where necessary for:

  • Medical records and applicable healthcare record-retention obligations.

  • Legal claims, disputes, or regulatory requirements.

  • Accounting, billing, or other mandatory records.

  • Security investigations or prevention of fraud.

  • Compliance with a lawful direction or order.

Where information must be retained, we will seek to restrict its use to the permitted purpose and retain it only for the required period.

6. Third-Party Platforms

If you contacted us using WhatsApp, your information may also be held by WhatsApp or other service providers under their own policies. Deleting a conversation from your device does not necessarily delete copies held by the other participant or the service provider.

You may need to submit a separate request to the relevant third-party platform for information it controls independently.

7. Confirmation

After reviewing a valid request, we will communicate the outcome where reasonably practicable. If a request cannot be fulfilled fully, we will explain the applicable reason to the extent permitted by law.
