Dr. Khushbu Phonde (Badami) completed her MBBS and MS in General Surgery from Government Medical College, Surat, followed by an MCh in Surgical Oncology from the Cancer Institute (WIA), Adyar, Chennai. She previously served as a Senior Resident (Academic) in Surgical Oncology at the Cancer Institute (WIA), Adyar, Chennai. She is a member of the Indian Association of Surgical Oncology (IASO).

Her clinical experience includes managing outpatient and inpatient oncology services, conducting pre-operative cancer evaluations, planning surgical treatments, providing post-operative care, and coordinating with multidisciplinary cancer teams to support comprehensive patient care.

Research & Academic Contributions

Dr. Khushbu Phonde (Badami) has contributed to clinical research and academic activities in surgical oncology and general surgery. Her publications include research on paediatric neuroblastoma and surgical outcomes. She has also presented research at national and international medical conferences.
